My Kenyan Experience

Many years ago, never did I think that my writing of seven articles for British Athletics on sports psychology would become such a life changing moment for me.

An invitation by a group of athletes to visit them in Iten “The home of Champions”, high up in the rift valleys of Kenya. Humble, hugely talented, yet without much of what we in the Western world simply take for granted.

The creation of a team, and always believing that “Everything is possible”, our ethos and mantra. Through support, guidance, mentorship and more, developing Champions of the future.
